Cancellation Policy

  • Every booking made on Yatra Services.com  is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, hotel and bus operators.. 

  • In case of flight bookings,  charges  may vary by flight and booking class. Each hotel may also have its own cancellation policy which may vary from hotel to hotel.

  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy. There will be no refund in such cases and only the government taxes collected on the ticket shall be refunded. In partially utilised international tickets ( one sector flown and the other sector unutilised), the arrival taxes applicable to the destination of travel shall be deducted along with the cancellation charges.

  • On top of the airline's, cancellation charges, Yatraservices shall charge a service fee of Rs 400 per passenger for Flight refund. 

  • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through email contact@yatraservices.com ……..

  • All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show". For such tickets, the No Show charges of the airline shall apply.

  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, and you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, please get in touch with the concerned airline for cancellation. Yatraservices will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

REFUNDS:

  • It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.yatraservices.com.

  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests shall vary for domestic and international tickets.  For domestic tickets, the refund shall take 48-72 hours to credit in your wallet, or 7-10 days in your account and for international tickets, it shall take 7-14 days working days to credit in your account.

  • Refund for partially utilized tickets (for e.g., only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up or up to six months depending on the Airline. 

  • For No Show tickets, only the government taxes and fees shall be refunded.  

  • Yatraservices shall not be liable for cancellation and changes caused by unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure Events (natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics or other events beyond its control. It’s liability shall be limited to refund of services booked through the website only.

Hotel:

  • Hotel cancellation charges vary depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy, the timing of the cancellation. Refund shall not be applicable for any arrangements/requests for services made directly by the customer and  not availed later.

  • The applicable refund will be credited within 7 days into your account. 

 

Bus:

  • Bus cancellation charges vary from operator to operator and number of days before cancellation of the booking is done. The booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure. Refund due if any, shall depend on the bus operators refund policy.
